Butterfly Dream

Does Stress and Anxiety bother you?

Butterfly Dream is more than a book - it is an exploration into the deepest question of human awareness. It invites readers to pause and reflect on timeless question:

Who is the one that suffers?

Who is the one that observes the suffering?

Who am I?

What am I?

These questions cut to the heart of our life experience where perception and true reality often blur together. Most of us move through life identifying ourselves with our stress, pain, and fear, without recognizing the observer behind the experiences.

Butterfly Dream gently guides readers to discover the difference between the "I" that suffers and the awareness that simply observes. By unraveling this distinction, the book offers clarity about who we truly are beyond our thoughts, emotions, and stress that seems define us.

Ultimately, this book helps readers see that stress is not reality itself, but rather how we perceive and interpret it.

Like butterfly in the ancient dream of Zhuangzi, we are invited to awaken and ask: "Am I the dreamer, or the one being dreamed?"

Wisdom of Common Sense

One does not need a Ph.D. in philosophy, theology, or psychology to understand one's own mind. Nor is necessary to practice esoteric spiritual exercise to find peace. When faced with the stress of everyday life, you can find tranquility by clearing mind and identifying the source of stress through introspection. Stress is essentially a reaction to situations that the mind perceives as burdensome. Unless you change this perception, the stress will not go away. And this is not easy to do.
We often suffer from the conflict between ideal self shaped by society, culture, and expectations, and our true self. This gap can lead to self-judgement, guilt, and dissatisfaction. The hardest critic is not an external authority, but rather the internalized inner judge.
To regain freedom, we must question whose ideals we are following and recognize that many of them come from outside influences rather than our own choice. By identifying and releasing these borrowed standards, we reclaim the authority to define own self-worth. Ultimately, we are the judge of our own life, and only we can grant ourselves the freedom to live authentically and peacefully. No body can offer you peace of mind you must find it within yours
Life offers limited choices. Not everything comes on your favor or expectation. Reality is not the problem what is a problem is how we interpret and respond to it. How we interpret and respond to perceived reality shapes our happiness or suffering.

"Wisdom of Common Sense" will help clarify your thoughts and reduce stress in your daily life.
